Return & Refund Policy

At OAD-Studios, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the custom nature of our products, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost Packages
